Parkville Gardens is a superbly designed inner city master-planned community set within a 20 hectare site developed by the Village Park Consortium, a joint venture between Citta Property Group and Frasers Property Australia. Parkville Gardens is located just four kilometers from the Melbourne CBD in an idyllic park side setting.
