Citta as Development Manager was integral to the $90 million Housing NSW NBESP Program which involved 468 dwellings over approximately 50 development sites.  Citta was appointed Development Manager for the project in 2009 as part of a joint venture with Crown, under which Crown assumed project management and delivery responsibilities.  Citta’s various roles within the project included;

• Project selection – verifying site suitability for re-development within a pre-agreed series of parameters
• Initial project feasibility study – including a basic development plan and concept design, financial model and draft development and D&C program, etc
• Design development – engaging consultants, monitoring project against designs, and design documentation
• Final project feasibility – site clearances, authority approvals, procurement, etc

The sites were located across Sydney, and included the following suburbs: Beverly Hills, Miranda, Thornleigh, Eastwood, Narwee, Riverwood, Campsie, Bexley North, Balgowlah, Eastwood and Belmore.
