Royal Children’s Hospital

Citta Property Group was part of the successful consortium that won the rights to the Royal Children’s Hospital Private Public Partnership (PPP) in Melbourne. The value of the project was in excess of $1 billion.

Other members of the Consortium included; Babcock and Brown, Bovis Lend Lease, Spotless and Bates Smart architects. Citta acted as the Bid Manager for the Consortium.
